Christina Bustos is a Senior Associate at Sandler Reiff Lamb Rosenstein & Birkenstock, P.C.

Christina advises clients on how to lawfully and effectively engage in political and lobbying strategies at the local, state, and federal level, including navigating gift and ethics laws.  Christina’s practice includes formation of and on-going guidance for the growth of non-profit organizations as well as corporations, including governance, contract negotiations, and litigation.  She also counsels candidates, officeholders, and associations on a wide array of political law.

Prior to joining Sandler Reiff, Christina practiced trial and appellate level civil litigation at a law firm in Richmond, Virginia.  While in law school Christina interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement, where she gained experience investigating and bringing enforcement action against perpetrators of insider trading, market manipulation, and financial accounting fraud.

Christina is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and Virginia.
