Aaron Barden is an Associate at Sandler Reiff Lamb Rosenstein & Birkenstock, P.C.
Aaron advises clients on compliance with federal, state, and local lobbying laws, including the LDA. Aaron’s practice includes assisting non-profit organizations through the formation process and related matters. He also provides clients with guidance on federal and state campaign finance issues.
Prior to joining Sandler Reiff, Aaron served as the Legal & Policy Analyst for the Princeton Gerrymandering Project, a nonpartisan redistricting reform organization hosted at Princeton University. While in law school, Aaron interned at Equally American Legal Defense & Education Fund and OneVirginia2021, where he gained experience in working for democracy-reform-oriented nonprofit organizations. Aaron graduated from William & Mary Law School, where he served as co-President of the Election Law Society and as a member of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, which published his note on Puerto Rico and the right to vote for presidential electors in 2019.
Aaron is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and Virginia.
